Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of AIProCraft.com and the AI Campaign Operator product, offered by M. Amin Sayegh, trading as AIProCraft (see Impressum).
Scope and target audience
These Terms apply exclusively to businesses, sole traders, and professionals (Unternehmer, Selbstständige und Unternehmen). AIProCraft.com is not directed at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB, and no consumer-protection provisions that apply only to consumers are intended to apply here.
What the service does
AI Campaign Operator turns a guided campaign brief into a full campaign. Once you provide a brief, the product automatically generates a Strategy, a Creative Angle, a campaign Image, and Copy, using Anthropic's Claude model and Google's Gemini image model. Every generated artifact is reviewable, editable, and requires your explicit approval, rejection, or a request for changes before it counts as approved. Publishing an approved campaign to an external channel (for example Facebook or Instagram) is currently simulated only — no content is actually posted to any external platform through this action today.
Account registration
Use of the product requires registration with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
AIPro Credits — how they work
Generation is metered using a virtual, prepaid usage unit called an AIPro Credit. Each generation operation reserves the applicable number of Credits from your balance before the paid AI provider is called; the reservation is converted into a final, consumed charge only once the operation completes successfully, and is released back to your balance without charge if the operation fails. Once Credits have been consumed for a successfully completed operation, that consumption is final and Credits are not refunded for it. Unused Credits in your balance do not currently expire.
Current per-operation Credit rates
As of this version: Strategy generation or revision costs 20 Credits, Creative Angle generation costs 8 Credits, campaign Image generation costs 2 Credits, and Copy generation costs 10 Credits — a full campaign (one of each, no revision) costs 40 Credits. New accounts currently receive a one-time allowance of 200 Credits. These rates and the signup allowance are operational parameters that AIProCraft may change or discontinue at any time; they are not a fixed, guaranteed entitlement.
Purchasing Credits
Additional Credits can be purchased through Stripe Checkout. This checkout flow is live: payments are real and charges are made accordingly. The price and package size in effect are shown to you at the time of purchase; no specific price is promised in these Terms.
Availability and product stage
AIProCraft.com is currently in Internal Alpha. Features, generation behavior, Credit rates, and the product itself may change without notice, and no uptime or availability guarantee is given at this stage.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you submit — your campaign brief, Brand Memory, and any connected third-party data — and for ensuring it does not infringe applicable law or third-party rights. AI-generated output (Strategy, Creative Angle, Image, or Copy) may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purposes; you are responsible for reviewing and approving it before any real-world use, and AIProCraft gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.
Liability
AIProCraft is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, AIProCraft is liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht), and in that case liability is limited to the loss typically foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded, to the extent legally permissible.
Term
There is currently no subscription or recurring billing arrangement — use of the product is possible for as long as your account exists, funded by whatever Credit balance you hold. You may stop using the product, or request deletion of your account, at any time.
Changes to these Terms
AIProCraft may update these Terms, the Credit rates, or the product's features from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product or on this website.
Governing law and final provisions
These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
